Essentials Membership

Personalized Accessible Care

Essentials membership is designed for families who want a consistent connection and streamlined communication while maintaining a simpler care structure.

With an Essentials membership, you’ll receive thoughtful, personalized, and accessible care that allows me to partner with you in your child’s health. The included yearly visit and direct access to me during business hours provide a stable connection with me as a primary care provider, while keeping an eye on cost. It is an affordable option for those who do not require frequent visits or additional diagnostic services.

Ongoing Support

Essentials Membership gives you ongoing access through the portal during business hours, five days a week. You can reach out with questions or concerns and know you’ll get guidance throughout your child’s health journey.

Cost-Effective for Ongoing Needs

For families who want a consistent connection with me, but do not feel they need frequent visits or additional diagnostic services, the Essentials plan can be a high quality and affordable option. The plan includes one visit per year, with the option to pay-per-visit for additional appointments or services, if needed.
