Premium membership is a comprehensive, concierge membership plan that includes 7 days a week direct access to me, unlimited visits, and a full assortment of labs, tests, and services.

With a Premium membership, I can spend more time with you and your child with more frequent visits — truly understanding their health story, digging deeper into root causes, and creating a thoughtful, personalized plan. The Premium membership structure allows us to work together consistently and track progress over time. This level of care just isn’t possible with single one-off visits.

Ongoing Support

Premium Membership gives you ongoing access 7:00 am - 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. You can reach out between visits (even on weekends and evenings) with questions or concerns and know you’ll get guidance throughout your child’s health journey.

*All new patients must have an initial visit to establish care. The cost for initial visits varies by length of appointment and includes your first month of membership. After establishing care with an initial visit, membership is paid monthly with your card saved on file.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • Unlimited office, zoom and phone visits up to 60 minutes each.

    • Priority for same day visits.

    • Yearly wellness lab panel including CBC, CMP, Iron TIBC, Ferritin, Zinc, B12, and Vitamin D 

    • Office procedures: albuterol nebulizer treatments, silver nitrate cauterization, incision and drainage of wounds, dermabond for lacerations.

    • Office testing; urine dip, rapid strep, RSV, covid/flu, and blood glucose

    • Direct access to me 7:00 am - 9:00 pm, 7 days a week

  • Yes, please use this form or contact the office if you would like to change your membership tier.

    Please note- if you switch from Premium to Essentials within the first 12 months of signing up for Premium, and the cost of services received is more than the total membership dues paid, you will owe the difference.

  • No, Julia only treats children. The family membership is for families wanting membership for three or more children.

  • You may cancel the membership at any time with 30 days notice by contacting the office. If you cancel before 12 months and services used are more than membership dues paid you will owe the difference. We will charge the difference to the card on file. Please let us know if you need to make other arrangements.
